Refund Policy

We are committed to delivering the highest quality web development and design services. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with the outcome or need to cancel your project, we offer a clear refund process under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Refund

To ensure clarity, refunds will only be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Service Not Started: If the project has not yet started or if there has been no work done on your project, you are entitled to a full refund.

  • Project Dissatisfaction: If you’re not satisfied with the progress of the project and wish to cancel, a refund may be considered. However, this is subject to an evaluation of the work completed up to that point.

Refund Process

Refunds are generally issued in the following way:

  1. Advance Payment Refund: If you decide to cancel the project within 48 hours of making an advance payment, you will be eligible for a full refund of the advance amount. After 48 hours, the advance becomes non-refundable.

  2. Partial Refund: If you wish to cancel the project after it has already started, a partial refund will be processed, based on the amount of work completed. Generally, the refundable amount will be calculated after deducting the cost of any work already done.

  3. No Refund: Once a project has been completed and delivered in accordance with the agreed-upon terms, no refund will be issued.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans may change. If you need to cancel or make adjustments to your project, please notify us as soon as possible. The following terms apply:

  • Cancellation Before Project Starts: If you cancel the project before work begins, a full refund of the advance payment will be issued, subject to the time frame mentioned above.

  • Cancellation After Project Has Started: If you choose to cancel after work has begun, we will calculate the refund based on the completed work. Any advance payments or full payments already made may be partially refunded, depending on the progress of the project.

  • The reason for cancellation or refund request
